THE ELITE PLAYER PATHWAY
Development at EBT is structured and progressive. We build athletes step by step, using both fundamentals and technology to guide growth.
Foundation
We teach the absolutes. Balance, sequencing, swing efficiency, and defensive fundamentals. Players build repeatable movements and strong habits that support long-term success.
Development
We measure and refine. Using motion capture, force plates, and bat sensors, we analyze how the body moves and where power is gained or lost. Training becomes individualized and results-driven.
Performance
We prepare athletes for the next level. Advanced data, competitive environments, and expert coaching help players perform under pressure and position themselves for college and beyond.
