Cliff brings a wealth of experience to the Elite Baseball Training staff. Cliff mosts recently served as the Head Coach at Harper College for 10 years. During his tenure at Harper, Cliff oversaw 31 All-Conference Players, 27 All-Region selections, and 3 NJCAA All-Americans.

In total, Cliff has spent 21 years coaching at the college level including stints at Division I programs. Brown was the Pitching Coach at Valparaiso University and the Strength Coach at Northeastern Illinois University.

Cliff also spent several years working in the White Sox organization where he was the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Sox Rookie Ball team. He also oversaw all operations of the White Sox Lagrange Academy where he worked with players of all ages.
