Weekly bullpens utilizing the latest in pitching technology!
Athletes/ parents receive a Google calendar link and will have to schedule a time based upon when they prefer to throw during the week
If athletes throw on Thursday/Friday it is recommended to book Tuesday, if they throw Saturday/Sunday it is recommended to book on Wednesday. Time to be scheduled each week based on your schedule.
It is required to be booked 4 hours before the session starts. Every session will include a guided bullpen (15 min slots) based upon what they struggled with and need to work on for the next week.
With the bullpen, athletes will get an arm care routine to do based on what pain/issues they may be having. Pens can, but are not limited to including Trackman, edgertronic, and/or rapsodo.
Dates: Tuesdays or Wednesdays (June 10-July 16)
