Outdoor Infield Class with Justin Stone

Infield play is all about technique and timing.

Justin Stone has coached numerous infielders that have gone on to professional baseball. Go beyond the basics to learn what makes a high level infielder.

This series of classes is taught in a progressive manner and covers new material in each session.

This is THE BEST INFIELD class we offer at ELITE and one you will not want to miss! (Class is for experienced players)

Covers receiving, routine groundball footwork, backhands, forehands and exchanges, double play footwork as well as non-routine plays

Dates: Mondays (Sept 14 – Oct 26)

Elite Catching with Cliff Brown

Get on the field with one of the Midwest’s top catching instructors!

Join Elite’s professional catching instructors for an off-season class that goes beyond the basics. The best place for a catcher to learn throwing and blocking techniques is on the field itself.

This six week class will go over stances, receiving, throwing footwork, blocking, foul balls and a proper long toss regiment. If you are serious about catching, you do NOT want to miss this class!

Elite Outfield with Dan Kennon

Learn the techniques that save extra bases, runs and ball games!

Elite Baseball Training’s Dan Kennon will lead the outfielders through a 6 week class covering all aspects of outfield play. This class will cover progressions that include ground ball techniques and angles of the routine, do or die, reverse pivot and backhand groundballs. Players will work on drop step techniques, routes and angles to balls over their head as well as routine fly balls and shoestring catches. All outfielders will learn “ball against the wall” techniques both on the ground and in the air.

Communication is essential to outfield play – and will be a focus of this class. To add, outfielders will learn quicker transitions to throwing from correct crowhops, as well as velocity training for more explosive throws on the do or die play.

This is an all encompassing outfield class that is one not to miss!
