Video analysis specifications-

The easiest route for quality video analysis is just using your phone or mobile device.  We need the raw video so Youtube links or videos processed through apps like “Coaches Eye” will not work, sorry.   Just email us ONE swing or pitch (more than that slows down processing due to file size) of your choosing that best represents your mechanics.  The entire body should be visible in the video and the video should be taken from the side, flush with the player’s chest.  The closer up the video is, under these specifications, the better the analysis.  Once the analysis is complete, you will get a confirmation email with a password to access your analysis on our website.  For questions email us at justin@elitebaseballtraining.com.
